Return & Exchange Policy

We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our Italian silk ties and leather goods. If your purchase does not entirely meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Return & Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange, all items must meet the following strict luxury-preservation standards:
  • Unused & Unworn: Items must be in their original, pristine condition, free of perfume, smoke, creases, or blemishes.
  • Original Packaging: Leather briefcases and travel bags must be returned inside their protective dust bags and shipping boxes. Silk ties must include all original tags and protective sleeves.
Returns for a Refund
We provide a pre-paid return shipping label to ensure a seamless experience.
  • A flat $10.00 return processing fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to offset return logistics and ensure product security.
  • Please note: Any original FedEx Express Shipping fees ($15.00) paid at checkout are strictly non-refundable. Only the product purchase price (minus the $10.00 processing fee) will be refunded.
Seamless Product Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different color, style, or product, we waive the $10.00 processing fee entirely.
  • We will provide a pre-paid return label for your original item at no cost to you.
  • Once our team receives and inspects the original item to verify its pristine condition, we will ship out your new selection via complimentary Standard Shipping.
